How FOX Business Group collects, uses and retains the personal information you share with us through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through our forms. From the contact form this is your name, email address, optional company name, inquiry topic and message. From the Join FOX talent form this is your name, email address, location, optional professional headline, SAP® capabilities, years of experience, preferred working relationship, optional LinkedIn URL, optional résumé or CV, and any additional context you provide.
How we use it
Contact inquiries are used solely to respond to you and to discuss potential work. Talent-network submissions are used to assess whether your experience matches current or future employment or consulting opportunities at FOX Business Group, and to contact you about them. We do not use this information for marketing campaigns and we do not sell or rent it.
Retention
Talent-network submissions, including résumés, are retained on an ongoing basis so that we can consider you for future opportunities. Contact inquiries are retained for as long as needed to maintain a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in access-controlled systems operated on our behalf by our hosting and email providers. Résumé files are held in private storage and are accessible only to FOX personnel involved in reviewing introductions.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@fiveofx.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
