The engagement

FOX is supporting a phased, multi-country SuccessFactors program by establishing the testing model, coordinating functional and regional execution, governing defects, and improving delivery visibility through Azure DevOps reporting and automation.

The broader program spans Employee Central, recruiting, onboarding, performance and goals, learning, succession and development, reporting, analytics, payroll, time and integrations across multiple countries.

Global Test Lead and SAP® advisory consultant, embedded in the client team alongside a broader client- and partner-led program.
